Inspired by the hedgerows of North Yorkshire where we have abundant fruits and herbs to add subtle tones and flavours to the traditional gin botanicals, initially, we were looking to make a gin that would help us make a better Sloe Gin. So, following the old adage of what grows together, goes together we went back to our hedges where the sloes grow, looking for inspiration. We do make better Sloe Gin with Hedgerow Gin as a base, but actually it tastes rather remarkable as a Gin too!
