The Thompson Family live in the delightful Yorkshire Dales village of Kettlesing hence Sing Gin. A small batch distilled Gin that uses Grape Spirit from the Cognac region of France as its base to which seven distinct botanicals are added in including locally sourced Flax which grows in the village. This is a very smooth Gin with classic aromas it is a delight on it's own or as a G&T served with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic and garnished with strawberries and basil.
