Stunning Pop Up Wine Bar

There is a large courtyard to the rear where simple Tapas lunches and glasses of wine are served in the summer months. Our Gin & Tonics using one of our small batch distilled Gins, Fevertree Tonic and lots of ice are always popular and there is a great choice of beers as well.

The shop becomes a Pop up Wine Bar on Wednesday to Saturday evenings as well as during our normal opening hours and you can enjoy bottle of wine from our huge range for just a small additional corkage charge. We have recently temporarily turfed the courtyard with help from Wowgrass a local supplier of real grass grown on felt for event spaces. 

Above the shop we have a luxury serviced apartment that sleeps two and is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend away you can book the apartment on Airbnb or on Facebook simply look for The Cobbles Howden.
