Champagne Germar Breton are a young domain only started in 2005, they own 7.5 hectares of vineyard in the Cote des Bar where they grow a mix of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is a very attractive champagne with a fine mousse and well balanced acidityit has relatively low dosage of 8 grams per litre meaning the quality of the wine has to shine through. I like for its smart packaging and approachable nature.
