From the Grand Cru village of Bouzy this is a Champagne that over delivers and can easily hold it;s own with some of the bigger names several of whom I have worked for. The owner Jean-Christophe Delavenne is a man who works hard to preserve the purity of his wines, minimal intervention, the use of wild yeasts and no malolactic fermentation ensure the wines are  fabulous examples of the Champagne making art. If you are a fan of Bollinger or Louis Roederer I highly recommend that you try this rather special Champagne.

Generous and vinous with aromas of red berries, baked red apples and rose petals. Juicy and mouth-filling with an elegant, mineral-laced finish. Serve as an aperitif or with duck, tuna tartare, sashimi, spiced cuisine…Excellent with dark chocolate or berry desserts and custards.
