False Bay Slow Chenin Blanc £7.99
This is called Slow Chenin Blanc because they only use wild yeasts for the fermentation these give a better final flavour but are unpredictable and take longer to fully ferment the wine. Like many things in life it is worth waiting for as the finished wine has a delightful depth and weight that is rarely found at this price point. Lots of ripe tropcal fruit flavours with a lovely rich mouth feel that make it prefect with crumbly cheese or dry meats like pork or turkey.
