A truly modern expression of Spanish wine, the fruit bursts from the glass, the colour is dark bright garnet red. It explodes on the tongue with just enough bite to make it good with food. Something meaty and slow cooked would be great.
I could tell you all about its ageing for 6 months in American oak barrels and just how long the winemaker fermented the wine for to extract that lovely colour but what matters more is just how dam drinkable it is.
It’s worth every penny we are charging for it now but look out for it at Christmas when we are planning a very special offer.
