Santa Rosa Merlot - Chile - soft well rounded plummy fruit. Wine that will simply 'evaporate' in front of that fire

Mas de Vigneron Vin de Pays de Vaucluse - Dark fruit, spice and a twist of cracked black pepper

Borsao Garnacha - Spain - from a sub region of Rioja but made to enhamce the lovely red fruit character

Sierra Grande Cabernet Sauvignon - Chile - soft blackcurrant and mint flavours, well rounded finish
