Domaine Ste Michell, produce excellent quality sparkling wines using the champagne method or ‘Methode Champenoise’ that is the creation of secondary fermentation within a closed bottle. This wine created from 100% black Pinot Noir grapes is a very delicate Rose but it has a powerful yeasty nose which underlines its quality. There are also aromas of red fruits and a lovely soft finish.
